Directions

• Using forceps soak a cotton ball with a 90% alcohol solution. Ignite the cotton ball. Insert the flaming cotton ball into the cupping jar for a few seconds. Withdraw the cotton ball. Immediately place the cupping jar on the skin. Let the jar remain on the skin for 15-20 minutes.
