General Warranty and Shipping Related Damage Claims

Special Instructions for Damages Relating to Freight Deliveries/Shipping

Before Signing the Delivery Receipt

  • Please inspect all packages for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.  In all cases, be sure to sign for the shipment as “Subject to Inspection."
  • If there is visible damage to the packaging, the customer must note this on the freight bill at the time of delivery.  Please note that if you sign for the delivery without this note or a specific description of the visible damage, you are accepting the shipment in the condition in which it arrived, and no freight claim will be possible, even if damage is later found.
  • If damage is concealed, you MUST notify us at support@massagetablecenter.com within 24 hours of delivery to request an inspection.

Visible Damage to Product Within Packaging

  • At time of delivery, if the actual product within the packaging can be seen to be visibly damaged in shipment, refuse to sign for the delivery, and insist that the shipment be returned.
  • Please take photos of the damaged packaging/product before the driver removes the freight.
  • If there is no visible product damage and only the external packaging appears to be damaged.

Visible Damage to External Packaging Only

  • Before signing, make notes on the delivery receipt of any blemishes or other visible damage to the packing materials, and have the driver sign, acknowledging the damage.
  • Take photos of the cartons BEFORE unpacking the products.
  • Retain all damaged cartons or other packing material until you have verified that all products have arrived unblemished and in good working order.

Concealed Damage

  • Open all cartons as quickly as possible after delivery and inspect all products.
  • If there is any concealed damage not noted at the time of delivery, take photos and notify us at support@massagetablecenter.com within 24 hours of delivery to request an inspection of the damage.
  • Customer may be required to pay for repair and replacement parts if concealed damage is not reported within 24 hours of delivery. 

Manufacturer's Warranties

In all circumstances if you would like to make a claim under the manufacturer's warranty, please support the request to support@massagetablecenter.com so we can submit the claim on your behalf.  The specific terms of each Manufacturer's Warranty are described below.

Best Massage 

All Best Massage portable and stationary massage tables include a warranty of between 90 days and one year for the headrest, arm shelf, and carrying case (if included with the table); a two-year warranty for any upholstery defects; and a ten year warranty for leg and frame defects. Electric tables include a two-year warranty covering defects in all electrical components and a ten year warranty for leg and frame defects. Chairs, stools, bolsters, and most massage tools include a two-year warranty covering defects. Towel warmers and warming pads include a one-year guarantee covering defects.  

If a defect should arise during the warranty period, contact us immediately so we can submit a claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. In general, we will try to send you replacement parts and instructions on how to repair a defective item. We may ask you to e-mail us a picture of any damage to assist this process. If an item is covered under a warranty the replacement parts will be free. If you are not able to fix a product please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to the manufacturer for repair.  The manufacturer will repair or replace it and return it to you at no additional cost. 

Master Massage

All Tables, Chairs and Massage Kit:  All Master Massage tables, chairs, electric lift tables, stationary tables, Pack-n-Go & Massage Kit (excluding foam, upholstery, face cradle, thermal top, motors and controls), have a warranty against defects in material and workmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser, own the product, or for five (5) years after the product is discontinued or modified. Foam, upholstery are warranted for three to five (3~5) years from the original date of purchase. Face cradle platforms are warranted for three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Thermal Top is warranted for two (2) years from the original date of purchase. Motors&Controls is warranted for three (3) years from the original date of purchase. All warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or neglect, which includes tears in the upholstery and damage caused by harsh chemical-based cleaners. This warranty is limited to product repair or replacement, at the manufacturer's sole discretion. The customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back to the factory (at the customers expense) for any warranty claim. The manufacturer will return the warranted product, shipping prepaid, to customers in the continental U.S. only. International customers as well as domestic customers outside of the continental U.S. are responsible for all shipping charges (inbound and outbound), as well as any applicable duties and taxes. 

Stools:  Master massage stools are backed by a three year manufacturer's warranty.  All warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or neglect, which includes tears in the upholstery and damage caused by harsh chemical-based cleaners. This warranty is limited to product repair or replacement, at the manufacturer's sole discretion. The customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back to the factory (at the customers expense) for any warranty claim. The manufacturer will return the warranted product, shipping prepaid, to customers in the continental U.S. only. International customers as well as domestic customers outside of the continental U.S. are responsible for all shipping charges (inbound and outbound), as well as any applicable duties and taxes. 

Accessories: Our accessories are warranted for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. All warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or neglect, which includes tears in the upholstery and damage caused by harsh chemical-based cleaners. This warranty is limited to product repair or replacement, at the manufacturer's sole discretion. The customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back to the factory (at customers expense) for any warranty claim. The manufacturer will return the warranted product, shipping prepaid, to customers in the continental U.S. only. International customers as well as domestic customers outside of the continental U.S. are responsible for all shipping charges (inbound and outbound), as well as any applicable duties and taxes. 

Silver Fox

Two-year warranty on replacement parts  and one year on labor.  Labor warranties apply to customers in USA only.

Touch America 

All Touch America warranties apply to the original owner only for the time period specified for each product. Instructions for preventive maintenance are sent with each product. Any needed inspections and maintenance must be performed on a biannual basis. Failure to perform regular inspections and maintenance will void the warranty on the equipment. Labor warranties apply to customers in USA only.

Standard Professional Treatment TablesTen-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure and one year on labor. Wood/veneer cabinetry is warranted for one year. Mechanical/electrical parts, foam and vinyl carry a two-year warranty on materials. One-year warranty on labor for hydraulic leg motors. Labor warranties apply to customers in USA only.

Olympus Massage Chairs: Olympus has a five-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure and one year on labor. Mechanical and electrical parts, foam and fabric carry a two-year warranty on materials. One-year structural and plumbing warranty on Foot Bath for Harmony/Destiny. Portable Massage Tables and QuickLite Massage Chairs carry a five-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure and two-year warranty on foam and vinyl. Labor warranties apply to customers in USA only.

Wet Tables, Vichy Shower, Masquerade, Breath Pedi-Lounge, Legato, S-Lounger: Neptune/Aphrodite tables and Vichy Showers carry a two-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure and one year on labor. Breath Pedi-Lounges carry a one-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure.  Legato and S-Lounger have two-year warranty on replacement parts for frame/structure. Mechanical/electrical parts, as well as foam and vinyl, carry a two-year warranty on materials, except batteries, which have a one-year warranty. Vichy Shower plumbing parts are warranted for two years on materials. Neptune Foam Pad is not warranted.

Furniture and AccessoriesWoodwork and veneer are warranted for one year. All accessories made by TouchAmerica carry a one-year warranty. Accessories and components not manufactured by TouchAmerica carry the original manufacturer’s warranty, which varies from product to product. Hot Towel Cabinets, Pedicure/Timbale Carts and PediStools/ProStools are warranted for one year.

Shipping for Warranty Replacements: TouchAmerica will cover the cost of shipping products replaced under warranty to customers in the contiguous USA only. International customers (as well as those in Alaska and Hawaii) must pay the freight costs for warranty replacement products. Customers are responsible for freight expenses associated with returning products to TouchAmerica.

Exclusions Normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance, harsh operating environments, or neglect (which includes tears in the upholstery and damage caused by harsh chemical-based cleaners) are not covered under this warranty. All warranties are limited to repair or replacement, at TouchAmerica's discretion, unless otherwise stated.

WaterWerks

WaterWerks products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship to the original domestic purchaser for five (5) years from the date of purchase as shown on the original invoice. Defective parts or components that are covered under this warranty must be returned to WaterWerks insured and shipped pre-paid to the address shown below. WaterWerks will, at its option, repair or replace the defective part or component. This warranty does not cover labor charges, damage caused by improper installation or improper maintenance or lack of reasonable maintenance as described in the product information or modifications. This warranty applies only to items that WaterWerks manufactures.
